FE Fine Sheet is a new product made from entirely combined PTFE and fluorinated elastomer.

This fluorinated rubber sheet has both strong chemical resistance and heat resistance.
It performs as excellent as perfluorinated rubber, and provides high chemical resistance such as to ether, amine, ketone, acrylic, organic solvent, acid, strong alkali and almost all of the chemicals that conventional fluorinated rubbers have less chemical resistance to.
Along with its strong chemical resistance, it provides much lower cost.

Compared to fluorinated rubber and PTFE, this fine sheet has flexibility, softness and restoring force.
Its softness and flexibility avoid creep and cold flow.
High chemical resistance equal to perfluorinated elastomer.
Temperature range of－40℃～200℃.
Exellent tear resistance.
It can be processed for thin film（40μｍ).

■Applications
●Substitute for PTFE Gasket (e.g. Soft Teflon) as cushion (more frequent use is possible).
●Soft cushion rubber sheet which needs chemical resistance.
●Sealing material for semiconductor equipments.
●Release sheet for producing compound of epoxy resin and flexible printed circuit (FPC).
